Pharmacological effect
Target: GLP-2 receptor (intestinal epithelium), belongs to GLP-2 analogues, and has the same target as Teduglutide (Teduglutide), but it is a weekly preparation (Teduglutide is once a day).
2. Promote the hyperplasia of small intestinal mucosa: Increase the height of villi, deepen crypts, increase the absorption area of the intestine, enhance the absorption capacity of water, electrolytes, energy and nutrients, and improve intestinal failure in short bowel syndrome.
3. Inhibit gastric emptying, reduce gastric acid secretion, slow down intestinal transport, decrease intestinal fluid loss, and lower the patient's dependence on parenteral nutrition (PN).
4. Key points of structural modification: Replace 10 positions of Nle (positive leucine) and 11 positions of D-Phe to enhance plasma protein binding and resist enzymatic degradation, enabling subcutaneous injection once a week. No disulfide bonds, no fatty acid acylation modification.
