Pharmacological effect
Target: NP-A (guanosine monophosphate cyclase A receptor), expressed in vascular smooth muscle, endothelium and kidney, is completely consistent with the endogenous BNP sequence in the human body
Combining NPR - A → intracellular cGMP increase → vascular smooth muscle relaxation, it evenly dilates arteries and veins, simultaneously reduces the preload and afterload of the heart, lowers the pulmonary capillary wedge pressure PCWP, and rapidly alleviates breathing difficulties due to heart failure.
2. Diuretic and sodium elimination: Dilate the small arteries at the renal inlet, enhance glomerular filtration, promote the excretion of sodium and water, and reduce volume overload.
3. Inhibit RAAS and sympathetic nerve: Reduce the release of aldosterone, angiotensin II, and norepinephrine, and inhibit excessive activation of neuroendocrine. It does not increase myocardial oxygen consumption and hardly induces arrhythmia.
